Zoom was created by Dr.Dorfman who uses the Zoom on "Extreme Makeover."

A low heat and a liquid rubber dam are used to protect the teeth and gums.

Zoom whitens teeth 33% lighter than a non-light chairside system.

Zoom averages 8 shades of improvement.

Treatment consists of three 20-minute applications.

Also available for an additional cost are take home bleaching trays for touch up.

It is recommended that patients have an oral prophylaxis "dental cleaning" prior to whitening treatment.

TYPES OF STAINS

YELLOW STAIN from aging, tobacco, dark cola, tea, coffee, or red wine will achieve greatest success for this procedure.

GRAY STAIN from tetracycline or other chemicals may experience less dramatic results but should expect improvement.

SEVERE STAIN with the use of Zoom in combination with other take-home products will provide the greatest results in the shortest period of time.
